Develops and implements strategic plans in line with the business objectives. Supports the development of the workforce plan for the division by providing inputs on own department s workforce forecasts. Manage and control the operating framework for the department , provides guidance and support , ensures implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and continuous improvement. Achieve sales budgets set for the Cluster (assets and Liabilities) Manage profitability Productivity , Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets Identification , hiring , training and retention of the desired sales staff at all levels Develop and implement a performance management system and culture as per the KPI Develop a formal monitoring mechanism and MIS to ensure that each parameter of KPI is constantly measured , reported , analysed and improved Monitor competitor sales strategy and develop plans to counter the same Act as a constant source of feedback to product and programme team to aid in innovating the current product offering and launching new products Monitor Volumes , Productivity , Weighted IRR , Cross Sell penetration and delinquency , exception , Service Quality , Product Mix , Channel Mix , Segment Mix , Sanction Rate and Disbursal Rate. Implement processes as per policy. Educate and train the team members on the policy requirement Ensure and check that policies and standards are being implemented at the ground leve Ensure that the recommended process of appointment , management and review of the DDSA s and DSTs is being followed. Ensure that Cluster / Section is always Audit Ready and Complaint with internal and external policies and regulations Create a customer centric culture Define , measure , monitor and control parameters that improve customer experience Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year Takes ownership of his/ her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training Understands the competencies relevant to his/ her role , and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively Keeps abreast of relevant professional/ industry developments , new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional networks Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational , regulatory , financial , informational , reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager. Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits , as necessary Written and spoken English is essential,
