Job description3- 6 years of experience in Engineering and SIEM administration. Ability to perform the SIEM health check (Preferably QRadar)SOC L2 Support Experience is Mandatory& Candidate should have experience with Qradar OR Fireeye Troubleshoot issues regarding QRadar SIEM and other SOC tools like Fireeye and PaloAlto XSOAR Anti - APT solutions, Or else any other Anti Apt solutions also will doData archiving and backup and data purging configuration as per need and compliance Raising change management tickets for SOC Administration activities like Patch upgrade for SIEM, onboarding log sources etc Troubleshooting at device and wincollect agent end to fix the anomaly reported by other team and observed on day to day basis. Building of incident reports, advisories and review if SLA has been met for Incident alerting and Incident closure Update and maintain SOC knowledge base for new security incidents and docs Creation of daily and weekly tracker sheet and submit to SOC manager for review Review advisories and make necessary detection measures Integration of Log sources with IBM QRadar SIEM Logging level troubleshooting for Windows and Unix servers Must be able to raise OEM Support tickets for troubleshooting and resolution
