Job Description

As an Applications Support/Operation Associate, you would be responsible in supporting the Global Real Assets (GRA) property management product - Yardi. You will work closely with business partners and the broader technology team in all operational aspects of property management.Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Financial and Asset Management level data according to client requests in the Property Management Software which includes keeping the Property up to date throughout its entire lifecycle Acquisition, attribute updates, disposition and so on.
  • Uploading Journals, Budgets, and other operational and financial data on a regular and timely basis.
  • Providing User support, participating in the Incident and Problem Management processes for root cause analysis, remediation, and resolution and reporting.
  • Closing / Re-opening period for all level of Entities (A/P, A/R and GL) on a regular and timely basis.
  • Responsible for data consistency checking and modification across the systems.
  • Understand various real estate related reports and creating/modifying Financial and Asset Management reports/statements as per the requirements.
  • Communicate with Onshore team regularly to manage their expectations and deliverables.
  • Creating, maintaining and timely updating of SOP s, Technical documents and so on.
Education: MCA / BE / BTech / MBA - IT with good academic background.Experience: 6+ years of post-qualification experience with an emphasis on application/support operation analyst.Essential Skill Sets
  • Exposure to Operational Support processes and Client Facing Roles.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Suite of Applications with a focus on SQL, Excel and Access.
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager Commercial, Multifamily & Investment Module would be an added advantage.
  • Strong interest in real estate and high attention to detail.
  • Should be self-motivated, have an analytical bend of mind, a quick-learner, good problem solving skills and strong partnership skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
