Job Description

  • Collateral Margin Agreement with counterparties
  • Collateral dispute management
  • Collateral settlement
  • Independent amount management
  • Strong understanding of financial products like Equity, Fixed Income, OTC, Repo, Futures, CFD, FX and NDF.
  • Strong understanding of Prime Brokerage, Inter Fund Lending and Securities lending business
  • Various Regulatory reporting
  • Conduct product/process functional review
  • Counterparties, Broker and custodian performance review
  • Lead collateral strategic initiatives
  • Lead Robotics initiatives within collateral space
  • Mailbox management
  • Daily KPI and collateral metrics reporting
  • Candidate should be flexible to work in ASIA/EMEA/US hours.

  1. Have the ability to work independently and to proactively seek guidance from others as needed
  2. Prior experience on applications such as Bloomberg, Point is needed for the job
  3. Strong team player and has the capacity to build good working relationships with cross functional/geographical teams
  4. Result oriented, accepting responsibilities and challenges that take them outside their comfort zone
  5. Positive outlook and a desire to stretch themselves to achieve both personal and functional success.
  6. Partners well with peers, subordinates, managers, and LOB and functional partners

  7. Basic knowledge about the securities market and different financial products
  8. Excellent MS skills ideally to macro level
  9. Knowledge of market data providers
Qualifications:
  1. Strong Academics background with approx. 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
  2. Fluent English (Verbal and Written)
