To monitor and improve the quality parameters by timely review and taking corrective actions. To ensure all quality processes are adhered in shop floor. Planning of Stage Audit, Surprise Audit, Dock Audit, System Audit, Out Going Quality level and Process Audit for Transmission Product unit to sustain defects less than 1000 PPM. Periodic reveiw of ISO9000 documentation and procedures. Root cause analysis of defects through various QC tools viz Design Of Experiment (DOE), Why Why Analysis and various other quality tools, as the case may so warrant.
