  • Assist the Design team during Product Development by providing inputs from customer / clients feedback, requirements, market feedback, competitors analysis thus ensuring the Product Develop is among the best available in the market
  • Map the Industry for best Product rates based on Competitor Analysis, Topography, Market Survey, USP etc. and advise Management the best rates. Create and implement the revenue generation model, Product pricing to ensure that the best deal for the company, thus protecting the companys interest and stake holders value
  • Create and implement SOPs for the Sales Department & Customer Management to ensure best processes in the industry are being followed and increase Customer Satisfaction thus enhancing Brand Image and Value. Maintain appropriate checklist as required to ensure proper and accurate documentation and information are being captured as required by industry norms
  • Research and propose empanelment of Property Consultants / Agencies. Maintain a Professional & Networking Relations with empaneled agencies to build brand value and spread Product awareness in the market through good rapport
  • Review and recommend special cases / deviations, discounts etc. for managements approval. Analyse competitors sales & existing market trends and advise Management about special promotion schemes / rate revisions etc. to be introduced, which can be beneficial to the companys interest & revenue generation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the companys maximum sales potential is realized. Monitor competitors sales performance to ensure company maintains a competitive position in the market
  • Coordinate with Marketing team for Product branding and promotions. Participation in events, exhibitions, conferences etc. to enhance brand / product visibility and provide feedback to Marketing team about the response with regards to footfalls, prospective esquires closure etc.
  • Develop and Monitor the Sales budgets to ensure that all financial targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in place. Prepare and circulate daily / weekly / monthly MIS to concerned to update all on target vs. actual sales performance and revenue generation / collection
