Job Description Position/ Designation Gm Commercial Sales For A Reputed Real Estate Giant Department/ Function Mktg, Sales & Cc Sub Function Sales (Commercial Properties) Location Head Office Reports To Avp Sales (Commercial Sales) Peer To: Direct Reports Y Yes Job Purpose (How The Job Contributes To The Overall Organizational Objectives): Job Duties And Responsibilities Accountabilities And Activities Source & Track Market Information Of Commercial Real Estate Related To Latest Trends, Transactions And Demand-Supply, And Provide These Updates To Transactions Heads Identify Prospects, Understand Various Companies Requirements, Develop Clients Network And Service Their Requirements Develop & Maintain Relationships, And Network Building With Ipcs And Corporate Clients Prepare Client Proposals & Respond To Techno-Commercial Rfps (Requests For Proposal) By Co-Coordinating And Getting Information From Various Internal Departments (Transactions, Planning, Projects, Liaisioning, Legal, Etc) Handle Transactions Queries From Potential Clients & Investors, And Conduct Site Inspections & Follow-Ups Market And Execute Commercial Property Deals With Guidance From Transactions Heads Co-Ordinate And Manage The Due Diligence (Legal, Technical, Commercial) Process To Ensure Deal Closure Manage Post-Sale Co-Ordination For Technical / Factual Verification And Resolution Of Clients Issues, If Any Dimension / Scope (To Be Included If Data Available) Interactions (The Essential Working Relationships Both Within And Outside The Company, Directly Related To The Job) Internal Interactions Marketing Team, Customer Care Team, Legal Team External Interactions Clients, Channel Partners Competencies (Key Functional/ Technical/ Leadership/ Behavioral Skills Required For This Job) Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Comm Skills,
