Job Description

1. To achieve the Annual Revenue Budget for entire spectrum of Sales / Lease of Commercial, IT Park, WTC & Mix Use Development (Except: Residential) of Raheja District I & Tesla. 2. To partner the Design Team in creating exceptional and viable product design. 3. To support the Sales Head in formulating Sales Strategies for current and upcoming projects 4. To foster and build ongoing relationship with Brokers, International Property Consultants (IPC), Clients & Investors 5. To carry out Market Research and Maintain and Appraise the Management using primary and secondary data of the research on demand supply dynamics, competition analysis etc. 6. To work closely with the Execution / Construction team to ensure successful smooth delivery of client services. 7. To build and manage high performing Sales Team 8. To be responsible for creating and ensuring adherence to sales process, SOPs & performance monitoring systems 9. To coordinate with CRM Team post Sales to ensure highest customer satisfactionRequired Candidate profile1. Good understanding of all aspects of Commercial Sales / Leasing of IT / ITeS portfolio including market dynamics.2. Sales & Leasing strategies3. Experience of dealing with large corporate and institutions4. Good Networking ability5. Field person / Capable of cold calling6. Effective Team Leader7. Excellent communication skill (written & verbal)8. Advanced Excel skills (MS Access preferred)9. Ability to leverage presentation tools (PowerPoint, Prezi, etc) to artfully craft a cohesive and impact-full narrative,
