Position: Food Regulatory & Legal Metrology Experience: 4+ Location: Kurla (office will be shifting to Wadala soon) Working Days: Mon- Fri and (2nd & 4th Saturday) Job Purpose Statement: Should have good knowledge in Food Regulatory & Legal Metrology as per local rules & regulation Job Responsibilities: Will be working with wide range of Varied FMCG food products developed under Own brands of Trent hypermarket Pvt Ltd Verification of License compliance of the Vendor as per FSSAI for the desired product Freezing of Product specification with vendors ensuring the Right fitment of Food Categorizes & Compliance of the products as per FSSAI Should be providing Legal Metrology mandates & ensuring compliance of the products in the business Should be able to provide Product details as per FSSAI & Legal Metrology for the artwork (Back of Pack) Artwork Verification & confirmation as per existing & Upcoming regulation Validation & Verification of Nutritional analysis report, Shelf life analysis report, claim data received from Vendor or laboratory Ensuring end to end compliance of the product for claims, Product stability, Consistency of product quality, regulatory compliance, product testing Ensuring all compliance as per FSSAI for Own brand products Knowledge and Skills Required: Will be required to work on multiple projects & verification activity on daily basis Broad in range of product knowledge and skills Excellent people skills Can do attitude Team involvement Patience knowledge of Product ingredients and Food Categorization as per FSSAI Possess domain knowledge of the marketplace. Comprehensive knowledge of Food Laws, Quality Systems, Food Quality Audits. Enthusiastic learner who is responsible to complete the given task end to end.
