Job Description

The incumbent Knowledge of Accounting standards, taxation direct and indirect tax.Candidate should have 3-4years accounts exp in Construction company in finalizing company balance sheets.The candidate should have a sound understanding of Banking and treasury Management process.To monitor various Ledgers and reconciliation statement Viz. Bank Reconciliation, credit reconciliation etc, for analyzing the accuracy of books of accounts.Settling outstanding accounts issues.To Initiate and Implement Information Technology Audit.Finalization of accounts and preparation of quarterly, half yearly and annual accounts of Small Cos. B/s, . and big co, SPV accounts, Trust and LLPs.Working out TDS liability of all companies and see the compliance of timely payment & its returns.Providing date compilation for taxation matters as and when notices received for the entities handled.To handle arbitration matters on this all matter directly reporting to GM-F&A
