Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Event co-ordintion such as Product launch and Dealer meet (travel and Hotel needs) , Strong expereince in Travel and Hospitality management
  • Branch Expense review and control
  • Statutory compliance at HQ /Branch and co-ordination with Branch, ASIN HQ reception
  • SOP setting
  • Admin Purchase : Vendor price pitch every six months
  • Legal documents review and co-ordination with lawyers
Perform other job duties as assigned* Required Qualifications: Education
  • Graduate/BBA-Operations (Admin/Opertations)
Work Experience
  • 4 to 8 years
Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong in communication
  • Ability to coordiunate with HQ/Expats
  • Ability to work 24x7 during projects/Events
  • Strong knowledge of Hospitality and Travel industry and Admin subject
  • Right attitude, abiity to get the work done on time, fast and effective response, ROI approcah
