Roles and responsibilitiesWe are recruiting for an AssistantManager in the Information Technology Support (ITS) team. Working as an AssistantManager in this team, your responsibilities will include:Managing IT SupportOperations of local site as well as remote site and providing assistance to businessusersPossessing specialist knowledge of keyapplications and providing technical support to business usersTracking technical queries to closure andensuring incidents / queries are responded to within SLAsResponsible for ensuring RCA (root causeanalysis) is done for repeat issues and following up with development team toensure hot- fix / permanent solution is deployedMaintaining and updating technical documents andproceduresDelivering regular trainings of identifiedapplications to business usersPreparing maintenance plans and managing regularmaintenance of application (backup, security audit, BCP, etc.)Providing application- wise performance, incidentand utilization reports to managementEnsure consistency and quality of support is providedby team to all business users within the defined timelinesLiaison with Business Team and Technology team (Infra, Project, system owners) and ensure Business team gets necessary and adequatesupport within SLAs to ensure business is as usualDrive relationships with key stakeholders andmaintain high degree of rapport with business users, system owners andadditional support teams required for ensuring smooth functioning of application,
