Position Details Position L8 / L7 Officer Reports To Business Excellence - AD Place of Posting Kandivali - MumbaiResponsibilities & Key DeliverablesMahindra Excellence Model - Conceptualise future Excellence Model approach, Development of guidelines, Conduct TRaining on Business Excellence Models Deployment to AS Employees, Program Management of Assessment Cycle for all the BUsinesses in AS. Ensure Assesments happene as per schedule, Reports are received from Assessors with intended quality, Scores mapping for each PU and SUB PU, PDCA Of Business Excellence Models cycle basis statistical inferences. The Mahindra Way - Initiation of Business Excellence Models cycle in AS Businesses in liason with MIQ, Preparation of training, deployment and facilitation plan for each business. Integration of Business Excellence Models through Pillar approach, Facilitate Business Excellence Culture at Non Manifacturing Business Processes by Ensure sustenance as well as improve maturity of Excellence through Mahindra Excellence Model & The Mahindra Way (Business Excellence Models) Facilitate Kaizen / Continuous Improvements through Green Belt / Yellow Belt Methodologies, Management of QMS Documentation (AD, MTBD, MCE, ME) for standards through continuous upgradation of Interfunctional and within function standards in a user friendly way. Facilitate the Standerdisation Process at All the functions and ensure Documents are revised on continuous basisJob RequirementsExperience (years)4 to 5 yrsIndustry Preferred Automobile, Auto Ancillary, Tractor ManufacturingQualificationB E (Mech. Or Prodn), MBA (Opns) - OptionalPersonality TraitsCompetenciesStrong knowledge of Business Excellence Modles like TQM, Malkom Baldrich, EFQM, TBEM, ISO etc. Strong Statistical and problem Solving Background & Analytical Ability. Green Belt or Blackbelt certification will be preferred. Hands on experience in deployment of Excellence at all levels of Business Learning Attitude, Innovative & Thinker Facilitative approach, High persistence & Customer Centric attitude Flair for imparting training and should be a trainer for problem solving tools including Six Sigma Good communication Skills & Interpersonal Skills LEad Assessor with Business Assessment skills Process, Product and SystemsGeneral RequirementsPerson should have Theoretical & Practical Experience on TQM, Malkom Baldrich, EFQM, TBEM, ISO, TPM & other Excellence Models. Excellent computer skills MS Office, Minitab Software, Programm Management Data Analytics skillsFunctional Competencies / Skills critical for the jobThorough knowledge of TQM methodology Assessment skills Process, Product and System Knowledge of basic and advanced problem solving tools.
