    Overview:1.Looking at overall growth of the Brand across all verticals2. Envisioning the growth of High Street footprint across the country4. Being the leader in ideas of where to go across the country and finding the mostprofitable model which is sustainable5. Planning the growth pattern across high Street in all formatsMarket mapping Property screening Negotiations & transaction finalization Legal management Project management Store launch Re-negotiations Franchise managementExecution & closure of lease as per TAT / plan Lease vacant space according to Leasing Plan / Rental Schedule in accordance with the relevant timeframes set out therein and according to defined retailer mix and target customer Conduct presentations and site visits for prospective tenants in order to promote Mall as a unique retaildestination Co-ordinate with other relevant departments for all leasing related work Work with the tenant coordination team in transitioning from executed contracts through to thehandover of tenant spaces and commencement of fit out, through to trading.Skills:Business Development
