The role is responsible for the on time production of all standard MIS reports and analytics and timely administration of Incentives to payroll supporting all the divisions of the following EPD entities namely AIL, Healthcare solutions, Truecare. Owner of agreements and negotiations with syndicated data vendors including IMS, SMSRC, CMARC, AIOCD etc.He/she heads and coaches the team and it is his/her obligation to form an efficient and effective team with a strong customer service mindset perfectly cooperating with all relevant stakeholders including divsions, SFE teams, IT support, Trade Management and all supporting vendors. Close collaboration with the each entity s SFE team is critical to achieve outstanding results.Core Job Responsibilities:1) Coordination of Secondary sales processing and Primary sales extraction2) Should have experience in Sales Crediting (mandatory requirement)3) Brand wise SKU wise secondary/primary reports to field force as per defined SLA4) Cascade Targets to all Stake Holders5) Incentive administrationa. Precise estimation of Incentive Budget based on agreed methodologyb. On time Incentive Disbursementc.
