Job Description

Job description:

  • Client servicing for CRM and loyalty program.
  • Campaign management Campaign suggestion and execution.
  • Analytics Reporting, campaign analysis and insights.
  • On-boarding of the new clients.
  • Managing technical and operational queries of multiple accounts.
  • Troubleshooting and managing all services provided to clients.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Managing internal teams for an account related operational and business requests.
  • Designing & implementation of sales promotion, Loyalty / CRM programs for clients.
  • Meeting clients, giving presentation, understanding the requirement and providing solution to clients.
  • Ensuring service offered to clients meet agreed SLA.
  • Carrying the service performance reviews with clients.
  • Co-ordinating with account/billing team for client billing and revenue collection.
  • Co-ordinating with legal team for writing client contracts.
