To assist QMS and CMMI implementation.To assist in Risk Implementation activities. To assist in Service Excellence Initiatives. To assist in Grievance Handling policy implementations. Desired profile of the candidate : Essential : Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in process improvement initiatives. Should be able to understand AS-IS business processes of our organization and assist service teams in documenting processes, deploying and institutionalize the same. Sound understanding of CMMI L4 and L5 for CMMI SVC. Experience in participating in an SCAMPI appraisal will be an added advantage. Very strong communication and presentation skills. Desirable : Worked on CMMI DEV . Understanding of COBIT/ AGILE or other methodology. ,
