Job Description

Salary: 7 Lac - 11 Lac.Major Accountabilities

  • Coordination and management of entire payroll process.
  • Confirming calculations related to wages, deductions, and exemptions are made accurately
  • Preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and nontaxable wages.
  • Give report for internal requirements for analyses such as attrition, payroll variance etc
  • Provide cost analysis and salaries and wages information as required for budgetary purposes.
  • Monitoring the payroll interface to ensure compliance, data integrity and updated information is available at all times
  • Reviewing payroll process from time to time and improvise its working
  • Develop methods to improve payroll processes and practices, and recommend changes
  • ERP system enhancement for report generation and aligning to current needs
  • Ensure that all local, state, and government laws relating to the payment of employees are followed
  • Ensure statutory compliance, labor laws and other employees related laws are followed and in place
  • Prepare budgets for personnel operations
