Job Description

    Role Assistant Manager - Customer QA & NPD QA Position Title: Assistant Manager Customer QA & NPD QA Department: Quality Assurance Grade/Level M1 Reporting To: Sr. Manager Customer QA Reporters : 0 Organizational Chart : Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary) The incumbent is responsible for implementation & adherence to the customer requirements to ensure first time right for NPD & to improve the customer satisfaction. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
    • NPD-PLM audit.
    • Strengthen customer/Market in sighting through PDCA.
    • SOR & Business case review on time
    • NPD Testing protocol validation.
    • NPD claim monitoring.
    Quality Systems and Processes:
    • NPD projects audit through PLM software.
    • Strengthen customer/Market insights through PDCA in SOR & Business case documents.
    • Following up with the R&D & Marketing team to close PDCA points in the SOR & Business case documents.
    • On-time review of the SOR & Business case documents in the PLM and share the observation points with respective stakeholders for changes.
    • On-time approval of SOR & Business case documents after the changes in the SOR & Business case.
    • Collect the QCD score from the MKT team to update the launch NPD SKUs list and publish the QCD score in QSR monthly.
    • After the NPD size launch plan a visit with the marketing and R&D team on the field to get the customer feedback.
    • PDCA in the testing protocol SOP and methods to improve NPDs as per application.
    • Develop the CSR documents for the export market.
    • Engage with end user to get their expectations and capture in the SOR.
    • Validation of testing protocol in the field along with the R&D.
    Analysis, MIS, and Reporting
    • Analyse the claim data and highlight the NPD claim issues SKU-wise, business unit wise & plant-wise to the stakeholders, publish data and analysis on issues monthly.
    • Develop IT automation for NPD SKU claim with proper data accuracy.
    • Review the PLM audit report and release the audit summary and score monthly to the stakeholders, following up with the stakeholder s team for the NCs closure to the PLM software.
    Education and Experience Required Education: B.Tech./ BE degree, with relevant certifications in Quality Systems and Standards Experience: Work experience of 2-4 Years,
