Own and manage key digital portfolio offerings covering different digitalPlatforms such as Website, Mobile Site, Customer on-boarding and engagement tools and servicesWork closely to monitor Web/Mobile traffic and performance and identify actionable insights to grow our organic presence and improve user experience, including A/B testing UI.Drive Traffic to Lead conversion parameters through best UI/UX techniquesImplement SEO On-Page techniques to drive traffic while managing B2C marketing needs to build and optimize complete journey (Landing pages to Payment)Constantly gain a deep understanding of customer behaviour on Digital Assets, identify and fill customer journey and digital product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthOversee and manage the design and development of Web and Digital related projects such as Dialler Automation, CRM, GA360, CHAT Bot, Voice Bot, iot, WhatsApp etc. through the complete life-cycle including scoping, planning, design, development, implementation, post-implementation analysis, and closeCreate digital platforms and delivery of digital projects and effectively influence and manage stakeholders across functions Marketing, IT, Operations, Supply Chain and SalesJob RequirementsMBA from tier 1 or 2 CollegeQualifications and Experience3-5 years of experience in a web operations or digital project management roleExtensive web expertise, including strong familiarity with the front end and some familiarity with the back endAbility to communicate in both technical and business environmentsWorking Knowledge of modern web analytics systems (e.g., Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager)Functional CompetenciesGood communicator.
