Job Description

    Job descriptionDirect TaxationAssist in preparation of details/schedules for Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, Income Tax Returns, and otherstatutory forms based on detailed analysis of the applicability of clauses, sections, etc., and informationthrough effective coordination with various functions. Assist in statutory and internal audits. Timely compliance with all tax-related fillings (India as well as offshore) and actively participate/assist in Taxassessments and preparation of responses to any notices. Ensure proper accounting for all Direct Tax and TDS-related matters. Assist in coordinating with overseas consultants to understand and finalize tax returns as per the jurisdictionslaws and analyze international tax implications of various overseas transactions. Prepare ad-hoc analyses and work on special projects on a needy basis.
