Job Description

To provide consistent high quality HR services that are efficient, scalable and model best practices for our Global Shared Service CenterSupport the Function Head in creating the blueprint and structure for HR Shared Services. Liaise with all Regional HR teams and assist with the streamlining of HR processes. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes globally. Provide support in recruitment processes. Provide support for employee onboarding and help in execution of various learning & development programs that can maximize impact globally. Support GHRSSC Head to execute HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Provide System level Support to employees and HR BP s globally. Help support the HRIS helpdesk to ensure that all system related tickets and issues are resolved as per agreed upon timelines. Support & follow up with Regional HR teams as per business needs. Run all system related actions related to all the modules in the HRIS system. Provide data reporting and analytics for HRSSC. Work closely with Function Head to create a Centre of Excellence in the execution of policies and processes in performing deliverables. Responsible for all aspects of the employee life cycle supported by the HRSSC. Manage and maintain 4000+ employee database. Key Skills and Knowledge Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Exceptional English communication skills (written & spoken) beyond required standard. Knowledge and experience with HR administration systems. Superb organizational skills and a systematic approach to managing and achieving all team deliverables. Ability to manage workload and maintain flexibility as and when required. Strong management and delegation skills to effectively foster good team dynamics. Professionally qualified graduate or post-graduate with 4 to 10 years relevant Human Resources experience.
