Job Description

    Job PurposeThe goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.2) Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
    • Recruitment & HR Operations:
      1. In charge of entire Life Cycle of employee, including HR Operations
      2. Recruitment- sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing the candidate. Can close all the vacant positions within the time limit
      3. Ensure offers are made in accordance with procedures; coordinates new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures
    • Onboarding & Documentation:
      1. Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
      2. Conducting exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary
      3. Responsible for issuing appointment, relieving, Offer, experience, warning, termination, PIP, confirmation letter.
      4. Attendance Management- Keeping track on attendance, can prepare absenteeism report, can manage paid leaves.
      5. Payroll & Compensation: Responsible for timely Payroll processing & inputs for Payroll.
    • Organizational Development:
      1. Partner with managers to plan, analyze, and develop staffing needs and determine organizational structure
      2. Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
      3. Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration
    • HR Activities:
      1. Develop interesting HR programs and keep employees engaged

    4) Requirements:
    • Prioritization and time management
    • Proven track record as a HR generalist, preferably with 3 to 4 yrs of work experience.
    • Interpersonal relationships, discretion and confidentiality
    • Recruitment and Selection experience
    • Experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment
    • Knowledge of payroll and payroll procedures
    • Ability to support and influence all stakeholders, including Directors across the business
    • Adaptability and flexibility
    • Graduate (pref. MBA in HR)
