Acting as a Bridge to connect Employer-Employee relation in harmony which eventually upbrings productivity.Performance Management SystemPerformance review of New joiners in Sales and Service departments.Derive KRAs for all employees on an individual basis and department wise.Analysis of reports from all departments in terms of productivity, system downtime, performance measurement.Provide training to enhance performance and increase the output ratio.Measuring performance and on time reports from all employees and their respective departments.ReportingDay to day reporting and analysis of Team Leaders, Supervisors and Backoffice staff.Measure performance department wise and develop efficiency.Analysis on CRM Software.Exit Formalities and RetentionCompleting resignation, separation, termination formalitities as per nature and keeping records both in soft and hard copy.Retention strategy for performing employeesKey skillsShould have an experience SME (Small & Medium Industries)Committed, Ambitious and Friendly.Should be enthusiastic, smart and possess good communication skills and convincing abilities.Should be able to take reporting from the employees irrespective of departments.Fluency in Hindi and Marathi apart from English communication.Manage the entire Head Office in terms of rules regulations and policies of the organization.Experience2 years plus experience into HRSME (Small & Medium Industries) HR experience will be an added advantage.Salary : upto 4 Lacs p.aContact DetailsTanveer ShaikhHr@siddhiservices.net9137878303
