Handling with DGFT officials & Consultant for obtaining the Advance License and claiming the Incentive schemes (TED, DBK, FPS/MEIS/SEIS).Handling with Customs of all Imports and Exports.Handling with GST officials and preparation of EWAY bill for all Incoming & Outgoing goods.Preparation of Notices / Clarifications reply with concerned authorities.Preparation of Export Documentation as per customer requirement and overseas statutory fulfillment.Logistics arrangement for safe and on-time delivery of Consignments and updation of recordsCoordinate with Airlines and Liner / Steamer agent for Cargo booking and collection arrangement.Coordinate with Freight Forwarding Agent for cargo collection advise from Factory and supplier.Coordinate with Customs House Agent (CHA) for Filing the BOE and SB.Coordinate with Transporter for Incoming goods - from Vendor and Airport/Sea port.Coordinate with CHA, Transporter for Export container placement.Coordinate with Project Manager/Lead Engineer for Export and Domestic Despatch planning and Truck/container arrangement.Prepare the customs duty request and process with Finance team.Collect the Delivery Order from Liner and FF.Intimation to PM/Lead Engineer/Buyer for Imports of goods receiptHandling the Statutory and Internal Auditor for various reporting.Handling the RMA and Warranty goods.Coordinate with Proposal and Sales team for Bidding support.Confirming the INCOTERM for all commercial documentation i.e. Import, Export & Domestic receipt and supply.Close coordinate with Interco Factory for Backlog review, expedite and escalate if any query on receipt of goods.Processing the Logistics Vendor bills.Key Responsibilities:Import & Export Customs Handling.JDGFT HandlingOpening & Closure of Advance License.Claiming of Incentive Schemes ( RD, TED Refund, Duty Drawback, FPS/MEIS/SEIS)Trade Compliance Reports/execution.Coordination with Freight Forwarder and Customs Clearing AgentImport Customs Duty Processing with Finance team.Imports of goods receipt Intimation to PM/Lead Engineer/BuyerDomestic Customer Depatch management.Statutory and Internal Audit support for various reporting.RMA / Warranty goods Logistics & Statutory paper works management.Vendor payment coordinationSTORES MANAGMENTOverall supervision of Stores operation , Transport and Packing.Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence Materials.Dispatching of materials to customer end.Co-ordination with transporters for inward and outward materials.Co-ordination with Project team and Sales team for the planning of dispatch.Load containers, pallets and trucks for delivery via Road, Air, and ship (Domestic & Exports)Loaded and unloaded trucks, and completed required paperwork., Minimum Any UG degree ( preferably with commerce/logistics course) .With 12+ years of Logistics experience gained preferably with a manufacturing company in the area of project based contracting.Ability to be flexible to changing needs and to be part of and to foster a team environment.Familiarity with legal / regulatory environment and business practices in the relevant regions.Some travel in the region may be required.
