Roles and ResponsibilitiesOpportunity : Exposure across various functions and Management in the Company.An opportunity to work closely with the leadership of each of the functions and to providedirectional inputs with a view to align the with the Strategic Plan imperatives.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for working in Upstream Processing and handling all Cell Culture related work.Accountable for planning and executing the Cell line Development work & Molecular Biologyrelated work.Work with all stakeholders across R&D groups, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, ProjectManagement etcComply with all established R&D guidelines for proper execution and documentation.Provide technical assistance to facilitate accurate and efficient workflow to meet the timeline.Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Translate business requests into well-defined problems. Create analytical models/ perform analyses to address keybusiness questions, and translate output into impactful insights, clear findings and recommendations.Drive modules of key projects, by getting initiatives into implementation, and to collaborate with correspondingfunctions and business units for execution.Support the development and deployment of long-term strategy via annual operating plans.Support coordination and execution of cross-functional review along with the Function/ Department headsCompetencies:Problem Solving, Analytics, Work Structure, Management and Excellent Communication skills with ability tosummarize complex analysis into the most important points and insights.Excellent quantitative and analytical skills and inquisitive dispositionPeople, Teamwork, Leadership and High cross-cultural awareness.
