Job Description

  1. Minimum 3years and above experience of Inbound Call Centre handling.
  2. Experience of Handling 6+ TLs team and 130+ CDEs.
  3. Should have complete knowledge of Inbound KPIs (SL, AHT, FTR, CSAT, Quality etc)
  4. Should know how to Prepare review PPTs.
  5. Should know to excel on reading and understanding MIS.
  6. Analytical skills. Require to analyze data.
  7. Skills to prepare RCAs and executing Action Plans.
  8. Complaint Management.
  9. Should know RAG, SWAT other types of Analysis.
  10. Strong Client coordination skills.
  11. Controlling Attrition and Shrinkage through People Management.
  12. Need to know outbound process as well.
