To ensure that full manpower is available so that all Desks are manned as required so that there is NO revenue loss.To ensure that all SLAs pertaining to Operation are being adhered to and achieved.To ensure that all circulars from Process, and all other changes/ directions affecting Processes are understood, and rightly briefed down the line for proper and correct dissemination.To ensure that all actions based on process inputs, messages are executed without any gaps.To create content and ensure changes are updated on the Intranet in time.To continuously monitor the quality of CCE, TLs to identify the quality gaps, if any, and to plan for filling the gaps by either training or replacements in consultation with the Seniors.To collate data/ reports etc, for the shift, analyses, take/ propose corrective actions and ensure proper and timely distribution of MIS. To interact with Process Client on issues of day to day operative nature including escalations.
