Job Description

e primary purpose of this role is to act as a bridge between Radius teams and UK affiliates on all payroll related matters. As a resource dedicated for this activity, the role is responsible for timely interaction and effective communication between affiliates and Radius teams. His engagement should mutually benefit both the sides with Radius teams getting timely resolutions and responses while affiliates experiencing reduction in the touch points from Radius. Th e incumbent should be a Commerce Graduate with relevant UK Payroll experience ranging from 1- 3 years. E OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities Query Tracking and Affiliate liaising Understand & track UK Payroll related queries received from Internal teams and affiliates as well. 2. Ensure timely interaction with affiliates for query resolution . 3. Proactively keep the teams posted about progress of query 4. Engage in HMRC calls as and when required. 5. Collating required data from teams or affiliate 6. Ensure timely updation of trackers by self and teams to facilitate accurate and timely release of metrics. SLA adherence, Responsiveness and Knowledge Repository Liaise with affiliate to ensure payroll processing SLAs are complied with by them. Raise proactive flags in case of likely delays and follow escalation route to avoid last minute surprises. 3. Self updation on regular updates/ changes from HMRC. 4. Driving process controls where required. , 4 Mar 2015 Page 1 Internal Team Coordination and Relationship Management Conducting class room sessions for teams for UK Payroll Regular sharing of changes in UK regulations via email and/ or Compiling and publishing monthly newsletter for UK Payroll. Driving quality focus across Radius teams. Be a go- to person for both Radius teams and affiliate. Adherence to Internal processes 1. Daily time- sheet submission on Agresso. 2. Compliance to Internal HR and business processes. 3. Data Protection Act and Client confidentiality is adhered and maintained. 4. Adherence to Radius Values. 5. Attend internal training courses as offered by L&D team. 6. Ensure timely compliance to PDR process. Uses standard formats for all forms of communications, emails, reports etc wherever available. Knowledge of Financial Use of intranet Hr.net, Use of RADIUS internal accounting software.
