Job Description

ROLE TITLE: Assistant Brand Manager CEAT SpecialtyREPORTS TO:Sr. Brand Manager MarketingLOCATION: HO, MumbaiDATE: 30th Sept, 2021JOB PURPOSE:To create customer demand by promoting the CEAT Specialty brand in the Domestic Market, planning and executing marketing plans to help deliver the brand s profit, volume and market share objectives.   1. Product Branding:
    1. Promote the CEAT Specialty brand through Print Media and BTL.
    2. To implement the Brand Leave Behinds with strict adherence to internal processes.
    3. To ensure that CEAT brand comes into consideration set among it s defined TG through innovative marketing campaigns.
    4. To assist Senior Manager Brand in various domestic and international initiatives.
    5. To formulate and execute the domestic schemes
  1. New Product Marketing:
    1. Take market research route to do in sighting for new products and assist in NPD
    2. Create tactical messaging platforms & knowledge series for New products in the domestic market
    3. Update New Products information on platforms like Website, Brochure etc.
  2. Media Execution
  1. Creates an effective media plan to support brand building initiatives and sales growth.
  2. Print Media Execution, follow ups and closure.
  1. Brand creative output management
  1. Creative agency follows ups
  2. Point of Sales and other materials creative development
  3. Engaging with trade bodies and ensuring exceptional participation in Trade shows
  4. Support communications to Sales and Marketing Functions.
  5. Timelines management
  6. Archiving of all creative output.
  7. Vendor / Agencies management and constantly meeting new agencies and keeping abreast of the new initiatives.
