Greetings from The Concept!We have an Opportunity for a leading Retail IndustryDesignation : Assistant Manager- SAP FICOJob location : ThaneAge Criteria : Below 32 yrsQualification : Any GraduateExperience : 3 to 6 yrsIndustry : AnyDESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE- SAP FICO Configuration /process knowledge.- Preferably 1 end to end implementation of SAP FICO- Min 3 to 5 years of SAP FICO support experience preferably in retail /logistics company- Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around finalization of accounts, financial statements, asset management, depreciation, commercial Direct /Indirect taxes /levies /duties. Knowledge or experience in costing, profit centre accounting - Knowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications /knowledge shall be an added advantageKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED- Hands on SAP for min 3 to 5 years- Strength in understanding of business processes /functionalities around finalization of accounts, financial statements, asset management, depreciation, commercial Direct /Indirect taxes /levies /duties. Knowledge or experience in costing, profit center accounting- Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various professional, technical, and support functions and to do requirement study with function.- Quick at understanding the business issues and challenges of org. - Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes, issue tracking & management- Effective resource & time management- Suggest best practices /improvements to function and implement them with their buy-in- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. - Leads testing efforts. - Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing. - Communicates needed changes to development team. - Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules during project execution. - Manages resources in accordance with project schedule. - Delivers informative, well-organized presentations and can communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. - Should possess Good Technical Understanding and preferably Retail background understanding of Bank e-payments is an added plus.PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES- Communicates effectively with users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. - Manages user expectations effectively.- Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles. - Believes in Teamwork and facilitates effective team interaction. - Able to lead team and is a self-starter and is able to drive projects- Develops relationships with user departments that foster ties. - Understands the human side of the change management process.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.Primary POC (point of contact) for enhancements & support in & around SAP FICO.2.Supporting SAP application by trouble shooting & resolving quickly, effectively / escalating (if necessary) around master data and business processes related to Finalization of accounts, Financial statements, Asset management, Depreciation, Commercial Direct /Indirect taxes /levies /duties profit & cost center accounting3.Leads support team related to above associated business processes4.Drive& manage projects (big /small) effectively towards completion in time, using resources judiciously & effectively and high productivity. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans. Apprising all stakeholders especially reporting head regularly & escalating (if necessary) .5.Maintains all proper documents related to project in accepted formats as per known standards6.Handing over of the enhancement /project to support team with KT7.Leads enhancement & project team related to above associated business processes8.Training team and end users9.Testing of changes10.Does business process study with the help of business team. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Draft RFP and RFQs, evaluate partners &various solutions offerings from vendors.11.Leads testing efforts. 12.Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing. 13.Communicates needed changes to development team. 14.Plans effectively, sets priorities, and manages several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines.15.Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.RgdsSooraj KThe Concept
