Candidate should be B.E/ B. Tech in Engineering with 6 to 12 Years of experience in Preparation of cost estimation for EPC contracts on LSTK basis covering all elements of costs and compilation of price schedule as per bid requirement. He must have Knowledge of vendors & current prices for type of equipment & bulk materials. Awareness of modern techniques / software for cost estimation, good computer use & application skills. High level of understanding of technical & commercial complexities / issues. KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Material Cost: i) Classification of items based on market explored or in-house cost estimation. ii) Carry out preliminary technical scrutiny & preparation of commercial bid evaluation. iii) Complete in-house estimation based on available cost data. iv) To carry out cost estimation for piping & civil bulk materials based on MTO received from Engineering. b) Construction Cost: i) Study the QPLs prepared by engineering department, participate in construction cost meetings and finally formulate construction cost in consultation with construction department. c) Service cost: To carry out services cost based on internal data. d) Should be have good understanding of Duties & Taxes and other cost parameters. e) Prepare & finalize the integrated cost estimates & submit to management for review & approval. f) Prepare benchmarks & data bank.Perks and Benefits Best as per Industry standards,
