Your Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Preparation of Demand plan considering B/O, Actual Orders and Forecast for 36 months horizon, for Manufacturing Plan / Material planning. Analysis of forecast/demand variation and providing early signals to central planning for proactive actions VMI planning on Weekly basis for Finish Dosage Form and alignment with Countries. Planning VMI Packaging components with close coordination with Procurement Team. Lead for providing Monthly / Weekly Packing plan. Leading Weekly Telecons / Monthly S&OP meetings with affiliates for Demand / Supply Plan stakeholders Country Planning Head, SCM Head etc. Lead along with other functions: FDF Release, alignment with Warehouse / Logistics for Dispatch. Key participant in SHAPE UP team for leading Implementation / Problem resolution for Customer Service. Drive VMI switch for all SHAPE countries.
