1. Shall be independently in-charge of shift duty responsible for production, quality, and discipline on shop floor. 2. Shall be heading his group of Associates linked with certain machines/ cells for TPM implementation & sustenance & 3S/5S score, as per directives from TPM secretariat/ plant requirements from time to time. 3. Shall be following certain series of job orders (new, spares, repairs, maintenance) of certain PUs and responsible for its timely completion within certain time period and acceptable quality. 4. Shall be responsible for raw material buying for Tool Room requirements and related paper work thereof. 5. Shall be Department Representative for safety in order to sustain the safe working practices in our Plant. 6.
