Job Description

We have been retained by one of the leading BPO for below-mentioned Mandate.Designation: Assistant Manager-Quality(Outbound-Banking Collection)Job Description for AM- Quality role:

  • Meeting client requirements and standards in Quality.
  • Managing end to end Quality process
  • Coaching and feedback for the bottom performers and work on Customer Experience scores.
  • Maintaining strong governance or vigilance on the SOPs and expected inputs as defined.
  • Reviewing and up-skilling the team in alignment to the Business expectations and deliverables
  • Provide feedback to teams on the basis of their performance
  • Perform regular quality checks and supervise the process
  • Ensure adherence to Quality SLAs
  • Work closely with the teams to achieve Qualitative targets specified by the Client
  • Maintaining Quality related reports (MIS).
  • Preparing & publishing the weekly and monthly deck. Interacting with the clients for any clarifications on product and process
  • Should have exposure in managing a team QAs
Job Criteria:
  • Minimum 1-2yr of experience as Team Leader-Quality/Assistant Manager-Quality from the Outbound sales Voice process/Banking Collection(BPO).
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
  • There would be a Day shift.
  • Salary: 5.40LPA
  • Location: Thane
