Implementation of assigned brand plans and budgets to meet revenue and profittargets. Implementation of brand/project/destination strategies to maximize profitable salesfor each customer segment, identify new growth opportunities and enhancecustomer satisfaction. Build and manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors and suppliers inconjunction with CRM and Marketing Manager, help manage effective relationshipswith customers and identify specific initiatives that improve the overall customerjourney and overall retention. Ensure that formal briefs for designated projects are provided to Marketing Services& external agencies for all relevant marketing activity. Achieve the standards that are established in KPIs / KRAs. Support the Marketing Manager in achieving the desired project/destination ROIs asper the business plan. Maintain Standards and guidelines for external marketing communications for theassigned brand groupCompetencies/ Key attributesskills: Knowledge of Excel Team player Good communicationTarget Profile: Age 25 yrs to 30 yrs Education : Graduate in any field, preferably Marketing or Digital Marketing.
