Assistant Relationship Manager Corporate and Institutional BankingWe have been retained by our client , a well - established , professionally managed , foreign bank to identify an Assistant Relationship Manager Corporate and Institutional Banking , to be based at Mumbai. JOB PURPOSE : Assume responsibility for delivering corporate banking products to customers including end - to - end execution of loan transactions. Develop and maintain effective corporate relationships. Meet Corporate Banking objectives through negotiations with various business / product verticals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and manage day - to - day potential corporate customers and assigned portfolio of existing customers to meet assigned financial and non - financial targets in compliance with established credit policies , procedures and standards.Origination & sourcing corporate banking business to offer fund based and non - fund based products. Cross selling of treasury and other corporate banking products.Scrutiny of proposals for loans and advances including fund and non - fund based facilities. Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with all related functions / units to achieve assigned goals / objectives.Advise corporate clients on funding requirements , syndicated loans & offer structured products.Good understanding of the different corporate sectors and the scenario in each sector for fund arrangement from domestic and international banks through different instruments including long term loans , structured finance etc.Credit administration and documentation.Effective client relationship management to originate business & service client on required funding needs. Specifically , determine clients needs and devise financial solutions to meet their financial requirements. Target Orientation - Exploring avenues for new income generation from new as well as existing clients. Achieving individual targets and growing account profitability , while maintaining a high service standard and compliance. Focus on liability business , transactional banking , and opportunistically look at lending for well - priced deals.Scrutinize Customer Risk thought Financial Statement Analysis and recommending necessary risk mitigations viz. collaterals / suitable structures and other credit enhancements , to the management.DESIRED SKILLS : Corporate relationship role , with a proven track record of building and leveraging relationships to get high quality business from corporates.The candidate should have credit appraisal skills.Sound problem solving and decision - making skills.Target and Result Oriented.Good communication and presentation skills.Negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment.Strong sales and relationship management skills with experience in corporate relationship management.Must be a team player.Analytical Thinking.CANDIDATE PROFILE : Candidates must be Chartered Accountants or MBAs from premier business schools with 2 to 6 years relevant experience in BankInterested candidates meeting with the above requirement should send their resumes to: cspl@csplsearch.com in word format only.,
