Generaton of the business through agents and Roadshows 1. Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents2. Planing and devicing the local scheme and engagement program for Agents3. Ensuring the agent productivity and activation4. Training and agent life cycle management5. Brand development by conducting road shows6. Ensure Nil discripancy and high customer service satisfaction7. Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned to SM External Customers - IMDs (Life Insurance, Health company, Mutual funds) Housing socities and retail customers Internal Customers - Sales Team, Operations Team, Finance Team, HC Team, Underwriting Team,Claims Team Competencies1.Self Motivated and Self starter2.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills3.Understand Insurance Products4.Client Acquisition and Retention Skills5.Customer Orientation6.Ability to connect at cross functional levelAge must be less than 33 YearsEducation & Experience Qualification - Graduation Experience - fresh / 1 Year Preferred Industry - Insurance -Health /Life/ GI Experience of Agent recruitment & sales in previous job is preffered
