    Job descriptionKey role and responsibilities:To meet Retailers and Distributors of Surgical, orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Products, Orthopedicians, Spine Specialists, physiotherapists and Topand Furnishing Stores.Meeting Doctors.Willing to travel extensively and do extensive field workKey Skills RequiredSelling Skills, the ability to convinceGood command over English and local languageCommunication Skills, Tactful objections handlingEndurance, ability to convince, sell, explain ideas persuasively and convincinglyInitiating, networking, meeting new prospects and convince.Coordinate with office staff for client servicingComputer LiteracyPreparing and Presenting Reports and Analytics, Attending Meetings etcThe Job to be done on day to day basis:Achieve Revenue and callage targets as set from time to time.Meet, explain the concept, demosntrate the product and convince Doctors and Retailers / Distributors.Expand distribution to the retail outlets / showroomsPrepare and submit Report as per reporting scheduleCoordinate with office staff for smooth operations.Special skills require:Go getter and ability to network and connect with people.Hard working and willling to do extensive field work.Comfort in using internet.Good interpersonal Relationship SkillsSincere and Hardworking
