Urgent requirement for Assistant Manager- SalesRole:Sales and Business DevelopmentRESPONSIBILITIES1. Primarily responsible for identifying, developing and managing new/existing business opportunities.2. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with primary accounts, key stakeholders and critical decision makers.3. Communicate effectively with technical staff and senior management on the status of priority accounts and ongoing projects.4. Maintain a deep understanding of customers operations and determine technical needs.5. Ensure the timely and successful delivering of our solutions to the customer.6. Document and track the progress of all accounts, opportunities, lab reports samples and account communication .7. Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts in accordance with internal guidelines.8. Respond quickly to customer requests and maintain a professional demeanour when handling all matters.9. Forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plan.10. Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge.Requisite Skills:1. 5 to 6+ years raw material ( emulsions, ,additives )selling into the Coatings, Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Textile markets. 2. 2+ years of sales /business development in the paints ,construction ,textile and coatings industry is preferred.3. Must be self-driven and can achieve goals while operating independently.4. A proven track record of surpassing sales goals.5. Proficient at networking and maintaining effective professional relationships.6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a charismatic personality.7.
