  • Tender support: Process EMD and Tender fee to Finance in the form of DD/BG/FDR/Online RTGS/NEFT as per tender criteria and keep ready before due date of tender submission. Maintain EMD process data base to follow up with Government Inst.
  • Tender Documents: Read carefully tender documents and prepare checklist and prepare Annexure/Affidavits as per tender requested format before due date of tender submission. Collect imported products data from Finance/Regulatory/SCM Team to get it prepare CA certificate, production and MSC/MMC Certificate.
  • Keep Tender Tracker updated of participated tender data to get idea for competitors and market strength.
  • Maintaining Technical Documents data base folder : like Form 10, 41, 45 & COPP, GMP, Manufacturing licenses and financial documents Annual turnover reports, Audit report, tax challans, Sales tax clearance certificate and other supporting documents required documents for tender submission, bank mandate details for as Institution required for submission of Tender.
  • Maintain soft as well hard copies of ISP authorization letters of across Govt. Inst., Local Enquiries letter, tenders copies and Rate Contract copies for audit purpose.
  • Day to day keep record of all vendor PO raised in the system and their validity for extension.
  • Maintain CME activity & Monthly expense tracker regarding the submission of Activity feedbacks.
  • Administrative support to Market Access & Institution Business Team, Travel & Hotel booking arrangements domestic & International for Team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor s degree/Diploma on Marketing or Procurement Management.
  • Minimum 7-10 years experience on Pharmaceutical industry handling tender.
  • Candidate must be aware of Tender conditions, documentations.
  • Position is responsible on tender submissions of India global government portals.
  • Responsible for raising and collection of EMD.
  • A responsible and experienced in Tender Business support and Documentation and professional with a technical background.
  • Support Institutional team to achieve the incentive and provided sales targets.
  • Good Understanding of Government Tenders documents requirement state wise Preparing the tender requirements and arrange the same, making check list for completing the documents. Read instructions about the tender process documentations (e-filling / hard copy) Team Support.
  • Manufacturing units contact details.
  • Manufacturing licenses, GMP Certificates, Products certificate.
  • Organizational Requirements: Company certificates, registration documentation, Financial documentations for Business purpose.
  • Government Institution geography, Regulatory environment, Market Access, Legal and Compliance SOP.
  • Basic IT Knowledge on MS Office applications
  • Role is based in Mumbai
