Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    1. Risk Identification, Assessment, Monitoring && Reporting
    2. IFC Control Testing && Reporting
    3. Stakeholder Management
    4. Project Management
    • Pro-active identification and assessment of all possible risks (including re-assessment of identified risks) in the organization across the risk universe involving risk analysis, risk detail, risk classification and risk quantification
    • Maintain an updated and comprehensive Risk Register
    • Effective implementation of risk tools, methods and systems for pro-active Risk Assessment, Measurement, Mitigation and Monitoring
    • Ensuring ongoing implementation of risk mitigation/control enhancement measures as agreed by the stakeholders
    • Perform process walkthroughs, control testing and report on efficacy of existing internal financial controls across all value chain processes and ensure timely remediation of the control deficiencies observed during the control testing
    • Monitoring implementation of control effectiveness enhancing measures/risk mitigation measures and closure of actions (in conjunction with process owners)
    • Maintain minutes, process notes, records related to risk management and control testing exercise and ensure proper storage and timely retrieval
    • Provide support, education and training to risk officers and process owners to enhance risk awareness and risk culture
    • Prepare quarterly Risk Management presentation decks and Minutes for the Risk Committee meetings
