Job Description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness/ Department Objectives:Global Reporting, Tools & Analytics (GRA) is part of the Global Consumer Business Operational Risk & Control (CBORC) organization, which supports Global Consumer Banking by creating and implementing methodologies to measure and escalate Operational Risk.CBORC is a First Line of Defense Control function that aids in the assessment of risk evaluation for Consumer Banking.The team develops and maintains reports and tools, and the team is responsible for leading transformational Control projects and automation efforts across Global Consumer Banking.The individual in this role will specifically focus efforts for rollout, maintenance & support of GRA owned Tool QUEST to CBORC & GCB Business Control & Monitoring Teams. This will be a lead role & will have a significant part in the onboarding and training activities associated with application deployment then transitioning to a role more heavily oriented to maintenance and support of the application to ensure the tool evolves in lockstep with the evolution of the Digital Monitoring program and other DCA initiatives for APAC. The candidate will be responsible for interfacing with end-users and leadership to meet project milestone timelines.Core Responsibilities:Act as product SME & L0 support (Interface between Product Users & Technology Team)Manage Tickets on behalf of business users (raise SLTN/INC)Review issues to determine escalation need or code revision needsCoordinate with Application support teams in APAC to ensure release schedules are following local restrictions such as local holidays, freeze dates, COB testing, etc.Oversee deployment and customization of internal product across 17 distinct countries in APACSupport APAC specific product issues related to Digital Monitoring specific integration, business specific integration, regional processes etc.Conduct training sessions in APAC business hoursConduct UAT training and act as a SPOC for UAT progression in APAC in APAC Business Hours for every release cycleCollect results and aggregate for evidencingComplete Mock Up s for enhancement requests on behalf of APAC countriesPowerPoint with visual designReview Product user guide to determine sections needing updated for new enhancementReview application for downstream impacts on enhancement in partnership with other GRA coordinatorsManage JIRA board as it relates to APACReview JIRA issues and filter into education opportunities, hold workshops with business partners to educate to resolve recurring issuesParticipate as a partner for APAC countries in Global Forum to properly articulate enhancement requestsReview changes to Disposition Guidelines published by digital controls global team to determine impact to established processes in APACCoordinate COB testingAssist in onboarding new businesses providing training in APAC business hoursCoordinate with AIM and other Data Providers to ensure proper guidelines are followed for QUEST naming convention and integrity of QUEST to Digital Monitoring Tool mapping maintained.Document and provide Reporting enhancements to product canned reportingDocument and provide CORE reporting enhancements for QUEST through partnership of QUEST APAC stakeholders.Participate in meetings with manager and business partners to share overall status of work, progress, and issues.Responsible for creating and managing project plans that:Define current state process and system inefficienciesDefine future state solutions for efficiency & effectivenessMust be able to effectively provide updates and communicate key initiatives to senior management.Manage timelines and deliverables independently with limited supervisionDay-to-Day Responsibilities: Provide application & user support for 17 APAC markets (Interface between Product Users & Technology Team). Liaise with Tech & Infra team to manage Deployment and customization of internal product across APAC markets Onboarding and training activities associated with application deployment & new business rollouts. Support product enhancements with monthly release management. Understand and coordinate feedback from multiple stakeholders Translate ambiguous visions from End-Users into meaningful enhancements Helped establish the standards, processes and best practices for designing the end-user experience.Financial/ Budgetary: NAIndividual Contributor (IC)/Managerial - Individual ContributorKey Deliverables: New Business Rollout, Support product UsersPercentage of Travel: - NORelocation: YesQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Bachelor s Degree and/or Commensurate Experience.
