Job Description

    AVP - Compensation & Benefit (Head C&B) for FintechJob brief :- We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager that will establish best practices, attract high-quality manpower and reduce turnover.- Compensation and Benefits Manager responsibilities include implementing appealing rewards and tailoring benefit programs based on staff needs. - To be successful in this role, you should have good knowledge of prevalent compensation & benefits practices.- Ultimately, you will build fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that help us improve satisfaction and create a productive workplace.Responsibilities :- Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the companys strategic plan.- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the minimum wages and pay equity.- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate colleagues.- Leverage colleague satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data).- Work on annual compensation cycles with monetary and non-monetary benefits.- Draft career acceleration plans and familiarize colleagues on the same.- Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization & best cash in hand for colleagues within the compliance framework.- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.- Worked on Sales incentive plans and variable pay programs for best productivity outcomes.- Manage HRMS and ensure entire life cycle management of the same.- Ensure timely completion of HR compliances wrt PF, ESIC, NPS, etc. - Prepare HR dashboards & manage HR budgets and cost. - Prepare Board presentations.- Worked on ISO, PCMM process in HR domain.Requirements and skills :- Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role.- Hands-on experience with HRMS implementation- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.- Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.- Good analytical skills. - Advanced excel skills. - Familiarity with labour legislation.,
