Job Description

    AVP/VP Credit Risk Analytics for Retail Assets - NBFC - Directly work to support the loss mitigation and increase profitability of retail products- Develop Credit Scorecards - Drive Portfolio Analytics for developing EWS- Work across teams and across functions efficiently- Mentor the junior members of the team and encourage new methods and techniques in model development- Liaise with senior risk management and provide detailed updates and suggest key initiatives which has direct impact on the businessCandidate Must Have :- Have a Masters Degree in Statistics/ Economics/ Management or a Bachelors Degree in Engineering- 8+ Years of solid experience in risk analytics within a financial services setup/KPO/Consulting.- Understanding of Retail secured and or Retail unsecured assets with strong background in developing scoring models along with exposure to risk policy, credit life cycle shall be preferred- Strong analytical skills along with ability to conduct advanced analysis using bureau/ vendor data, customer performance data and marketing data to solve critical business problems- Strong experience on statistical tools like R/SAS/Python etc.- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated executive presence along with ability to lead teams,
