1. Candidate worked with Investment banking firm, consultant, Big4 who focus only on money market Instrument such as ( Commercial Paper, NCD, Bond, T-bills, G sec) 2. Good understand of product such as Commercial Paper, NCD, Bond, T-bills, G sec 3. Hands on arranging Funds for clients in the form of Commercial Papers, NCD, Bond, ECB, FCCB, structured finance, Term loan, banking limit, Private Equity and M&A. 4. Successful execution of transaction in past 5. Well versed with issuance & placement process 6. Strong relationship with NBFC, Housing finance, Banks, Mutual fund & Insurance companies, Provident Fund, Pension Fund ( MD/ CEO/ CIO/ CFO/ Fund Managers) 7. Strong relationship with Corporates with A+ Credit Ratings 8. Preparation of Teaser, IM/ Project report, Presentation, Pitch book, Valuation model, Financial Modelling 9. Ability to handle multiple mandate at a time 10. Extensively dealt with credit/ rating agencies 11.
