Job Description

Very urgent opening for Associate Accounts Payable:Purpose of the job:

Processing Accounts Payable (entering invoices into Great Plains/Q Connect),
Batch posting in to GP, Check Building, Query resolution, doing statement research, Utility Research.
Periodical assigned tasks : Check on Missing attachment, Error analysis etc.

Essential attribute

1. Must have typing skill, Speed desired 35-40WPM.
2. Must have 1-2 year experience in Accounts Payable processing.
3. Must have good hands on experience with MS Office (word & excel)
4. Must be able to speak and write in English
5. Must have be organized, self disciplined and self starter

Speed and accuracy essential.
