Job Description

This Business Manager role sits within the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) department of the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) supporting Global Corporate Bank (GCB) across the region. This role provides exposure to all aspects of the business from sales to product management to finance to operation and to risk & control. This role is high impact, high visibility and broad in scopeKey Accountabilities / Major Responsibilities:

  • Drive connectivity across multiple Lines of Businesses working in close partnership with various stakeholders to enhance JPM total share of wallet
  • Track, process and analyze cross-sell initiatives across the region
  • Support various monthly / quarterly reporting around GCB KPIs
  • Oversee headcount, revenue and expense items
  • Maintain reference data and banker/sales coverages in reporting systems
  • Support the analysis and reporting of key trends and themes for senior audiences
  • Support quarterly business meetings and any analysis required by senior management
  • Assist in pipeline management and client prioritization across various product lines
Opportunities to be involved in:
  • Strategic business initiatives: at Country, Regional and Global levels
  • Assist the business across revenue budgets, forecasts, exposure reporting and other initiatives
  • Work with Technology on specific business needs and co-ordinate roll-outs of new systems/processes
  • Fresh CAs/MBAs with 5+ Years experience would be ideal
  • The successful candidate needs to possess strong analytical skills with great attention to detail, an eye for spotting trends, articulate in written and verbal communication, and is able to present and support their own conclusions to senior audiences
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential
  • Independent, self-starter, ability to multi-task, work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Must have the ability to work efficiently across the organization, cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Must be proactive with a drive to improve processes and resolve outstanding issues
