Preparing marketing collaterals, listing documents (like PPM etc. ) Market Analysis Preparing market reports and analysis to aid investments and asset management Liaoning with IPC s & other consultants to develop market insights Asset Management Managing the asset to create financial value, including capital and tax structuring Leading negotiations for Debt financing/ refinancing at Project level Maintaining financial models of the deal/ Project Reporting Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual updates for stakeholders. Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations and pitchbooks.
