Job DescriptionAs an Associate - Digital Marketing, you are responsible for all aspects that lead to greater product adoption through digital channels.You will be reporting directly to the Leads in Marketing team.Roles & Responsibilities:Create, identify and understand consumer segments that are relevant for the product, towardswhom digital marketing campaigns will be directed - Develop digital paid advertising campaigns,end-to-end, with a goal to increase visibility and adoption of the product -Implement digitalmarketing campaigns across all channels with effective use of budget to generate maximum reach -Track the performance of campaigns against metrics such as reach, App Installs and Conversions,and product adoption among others-Optimize campaigns to boost performance and documentlearnings- Perform consumer research to identify trends and discover and develop new anddifferent digital channels of reaching consumersRequirements:In-depth understanding and experience of designing, deploying digital advertising campaignsacross various platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, Twitter, Instagram etc. -Experience of working on analytics tools like Google Analytics etc. A great understanding and astrong interest in the retail/eCommerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends - A greatunderstanding of digital channels for consumer outreach and adoption - Excellent communication,creative and interpersonal skills - Ability to build, manage and mentor large teams - A customercentric,creative and analytical problem-solving mindset - Curious about macro consumer trendsand keeping an eye out for new outreach channels - A penchant for being data driven and a sticklerfor analyzing and improving every activity - 2+ years work experience in consumer internetcompany or digital marketing agency in IndiaSalary6 Lac To 10 Lac P.A.IndustrySales/MarketingWork Experience2 - 5 YearsQualificationOther Bachelor Degree,
